In the Fredrick Lab, the postdoctoral scholar will conduct genetic and biochemical experiments to elucidate mechanisms of ribosomal subunit biogenesis in various bacterial species. The position will help to mentor graduate and undergraduate students, lead and/or participate in group lab meetings, assist with publication writing, and attend conferences as appropriate on behalf of the lab.

Required: Ph.D. in Microbiology
